The
Procurement/Project Manager will work in direct support of the FFC Leadership Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Fitness Formula Clubs procurement and support of certain facility projects, and ad hoc data analysis requests.


The primary goal of all FFC employees is to gain and retain members while staying true to our company's core values.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage procurement process and maintain detailed monthly expense reports with receipts and any other necessary documentation
  • Purchase workflow design, management and optimization
  • Order and delivery coordination
  • Procurement and payment systems analysis
  • Review, analyze, and monitor current purchasing account usage and purchasing approvals across the organization and make changes needed to provide for a higher level of accountability and control at each club location
  • Obtain approval from CEO prior to purchasing for requests 1) above an established dollar amount, and 2) outside of certain established and normal requests
  • Elimination of purchases outside of headquarter approvals
  • Control spend and identify wasted purchasing requests, approve all purchasing, and build a culture of longterm cost saving
  • Implementation of strong retail, supply and hardware inventory controls at each club location with a focus on reducing redundant items
  • Product research resulting in cost effective and efficient solutions
  • Follow systems and standards set by FFC to ensure purchases are in line with club budgets
  • Track and report key accurate and meaningful purchasing metrics
  • Vendor negotiations, contract administration, appropriate documentation, and term tracking
  • Maintain supplier relations and perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate on facility and operational challenges with relevant management staff
  • Anticipate unfavorable events through data analysis and prepare mitigating strategies
  • Closely monitor and maintain city, village, county, and state licensing and permit requirements and renewal dates
  • Ensure that all aspects of projects are compliant with scope of work and any other code requirements, while following and enforcing the company procurement policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in order to maintain proper historical records and reference points
  • Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team to problem solve various logistic and project challenges beyond maintenance related items as they arise This position in onsite five days per week at FFC (no remote work available)

Qualifications:


  • Proven vendor management and logistics coordination
  • Proven ability to coordinate and organize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to communicate concisely, both written and verbal and be proficient in various software systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members in order to promote high levels of customer service within the staff
  • Manual dexterity and physical strength
  • Bachelor's degree in business from an accredited university a must Financial planning and analysis experience a plus
