ELITE_ _Vacation Rental Property Management is seeking a vacation rental cleaning manager Must have min 2 years of proven experience in this industry, experienced performing inspections for vacation rentals or large hotels, training staff, cleaning vacation rentals and able to provide relief for staff when needed.
Must have reliable transportation, not have a record for tardiness/missed days, dedicated, friendly, a fast worker and upbeat This is a part-time or full-time position depending on the time of year.
Must be able to work some weekends and major holidays, as we are open 365 days/year. Our client's satisfaction is our TOP priority.Please note:

You must complete the "Cleaner Fit" assessment in order to be considered for the position._
- We are also seeking seasonal cleaners. Top $$$_
Responsibilities:_
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling fans, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Training of staff
- Inspections
- Calendar entries/scheduling
- Light maintenance tasks
- Carry out standard cleansing tasks
- Notify management of any damage at the location
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Job Types:

$ $25.00 per hour
