Front Desk Receptionist - South Windsor, United States - TicketNetwork, Inc.
Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers calls and directs caller to the appropriate associate
- Provides callers with information as needed
- Greets and directs visitors and ensures that anyone entering the building is authorized to do so
- Verifies employee guest ID?s, provides visitor passes, and maintains visitor log
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and confident phone manner
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Exemplary customer focus
Required Experience:
- At least one year of experience in a professional customer service or administrative role
Education:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday-Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
