The
Hessian Child Prevention Center has been commissioned by the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration to establish and coordinate a language screening for children aged 4 to 4.5 years.

The resulting
KiSS project in Hesse involves kindergartens and health authorities, coordinates the necessary training, collects data from questionnaires, and evaluates them.

The aim is to identify language deficits in children at an early stage and to promote or treat them in a timely manner, before they start school.

Your responsibilities

  • Communication between all parties involved in KiSS (health authorities, language experts, educators)
  • Maintenance of databases and processing of data sets:
  • Checking of child evaluation forms
  • Input of questionnaire data into SQL database
  • Data verification
  • Archiving/scanning and filing
  • Preparation of contracts according to specifications and processing of contracts for compensation between HKVZ and carriers/kindergartens, and invoicing of this compensation
  • Data backup and updates:
  • Checking the implementation of specified processes within the framework of data clearing for KiSS (e.g. districts, KiSS actors, etc.)
  • Reviewing processes for potential optimization
  • Cleaning up data in the KiSS database Ki2DA
  • Checking and, if necessary, adjusting data and processes for all professions involved in KiSS

  • Completed training in the commercial or administrative field or alternative qualification with a focus
