Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HR Benefits Specialist for our Franklin, TN-based client. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all benefits programs for the company.
· Location: Franklin, TN.
· Type: Temporary to Hire
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
· Compensation: $30-$38 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Communicate with outside vendors regarding payroll and benefits coverage/issues.
· Administers all benefit plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, COBRA, Flex, etc.)
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding FMLA, ADA, LOA, and ACA.
· Reviews benefits administration process; identifies gaps and implements process efficiencies.
· Ensure accurate and timely submissions of required governmental reporting.
· Stay informed on current benefit related legislation and maintain company compliance.
· Coordinate annual open enrollment for active and COBRA employees.
· Manages required plan audits and coordinates 5500 annual filings.
· Resolves complex employee benefit plan issues.
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree preferred with focus in: Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or relation fields.
· 3-5 years with HR Benefits experience
· Work confidently independently.
· Strong Excel experience
Benefit offerings include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401K plan. Provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hourSearch managed by: Tara Dawson
