Financial Planning and Analysis & CFO Assistant

Scope:


  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide management insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and longterm financial planning.
  • Collaborate with the CFO_ _to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare financial projections with actual results and explain discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue projections, expense planning, and capital expenditure analysis.
  • Support the sales leadership team with financial analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, financial planning and analysis best practices.
  • Any additional tasks that the CFO will need to complete, such as lead a task like making sure all vendors are setup correctly and reconciled.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and communicate financial concepts.

Salary:
$85, ,000 per year based on experience.
