Financial Planning and Analysis & CFO Assistant

We Offer:

Scope:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide management insights.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and longterm financial planning.
Collaborate with the CFO_ _to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
Perform variance analysis to compare financial projections with actual results and explain discrepancies.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue projections, expense planning, and capital expenditure analysis.
Support the sales leadership team with financial analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, financial planning and analysis best practices.
Any additional tasks that the CFO will need to complete, such as lead a task like making sure all vendors are setup correctly and reconciled.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven 2 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and communicate financial concepts.

Salary:
$85, ,000 per year based on experience.
