Description

The position:

Providing guidance and support to management and group leaders on budgetrelated matters
Creating regular and adhoc reports for both external and internal stakeholders
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and yearend closing processes
Improving the reporting system and business intelligence (BI)
Enhancing the cost accounting structure, cost distribution, and pricing strategies
Monitoring personnel costs and fulltime equivalent (FTE) control
Maintaining data related to controlling
Collaborating with other international scientific projects on controlling matters

Requirements:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of experience in controlling, preferably with publicly funded institutions
Proficiency in using ERP systems, preferably INFOR LN
Knowledge of OLAPbased BI tools for designing cubes and reports, preferably dEPM
Experience in financial accounting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organized work style
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Fluency in both English and German
