We're looking for two
Part Time, Warehouse Lead Clerk Administrator to join our team.


Shift Time:6:00 AM -12:00 PM _*The shift end time may vary depending of the current volume and site needs. _


Shift Days:
Monday - Wednesday and/or Thursday - Saturday


Part-Time Warehouse Lead Clerk Administrators perform job duties in a warehouse setting and are expected to oversee administrative tasks and assist with the coordination of warehouse operations.


Responsibilities include:


  • Accurately input data gathered from drivers and forms handed in by associates into FHIQ
  • Communicate with host supervisors and FHI supervision.
  • Communicate load arrivals and assign doors to handlers.
  • Price loads from the provided description, communicate price to drivers and payroll to handlers.
  • Run a resignin sheet that tracks our associate's door assignments.
  • Accurately code and sign receiving paperwork.
  • Collect payments from carriers when necessary.
  • Sync all load data into main FHIQ system.
  • Download next day's prepopulation schedule into FHIQ.
  • Collect all required documents throughout the day. BOL, Trip #, etc.

Please note this is not a travel position and you should live local to the site.

  • Starting pay of $18 an hour
  • Shift start time is 6:00 AM

Qualifications Required:


Education:

We believe that skills and experience are what truly matter. While education can be a valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement for success in this role.


Experience:


  • Prior experience as a clerk in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Experience working knowledge of computers, electronic data processing, and office tools and equipment.

Skills/Knowledge:


  • Good verbal/written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work the required schedule.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, coworkers, management, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Work Environment:


  • This position is designated as safetysensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Warehouse environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures.

Physical Demands:


  • Ability to lift, walk, sit, bend, twist, reach, push and squat most of the workday.
  • Depending on the warehouse products, lead clerks may be required to lift and carry items of varying sizes and weights. This could range from small packages to larger, bulkier items.
  • Clerical tasks such as data entry, recordkeeping, and inventory tracking require repetitive motions.
  • The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms or alarms) in moderate to loud work environments.
