In our homes with many opportunities for development, the focus is on education through activities and experiential and nature-based pedagogy.

Woodworking in our own workshop, mountain biking, climbing, diverse support groups in the animal-assisted field, and trips within and outside the country are examples of the activities we regularly carry out with our children and adolescents.

Your ideas are the resource for the employment groups of the youth.


In the pedagogical work in the residential group, you can expect diverse tasks:

  • You plan and conduct individual support and group activities
  • You take on the responsible role of mentor within the framework of individual care for children and adolescents
  • You accompany home visits to the families of the children and adolescents, work together with parents, and reflect on the visit contacts
  • You exchange information with schools, doctors, and therapists and maintain regular contact with involved institutions
  • You document and create regular reports and education plans
