Quotation Specialist at a Leading Company in Van Nuys, CAThe Quotation Specialist is responsible for creating accurate pricing quotes to estimate assembly builds, ensuring competitive prices and maximizing profitability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops estimates and pricing to keep products competitive and increase profits.
- Collaborates with various departments (e.g., engineering, quality, sales) to guarantee accurate quotes and lead times.
- Follows up on quotations and adjusts quotes when necessary.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of electronic assembly manufacturing processes or production environments is advantageous.
- Experience with semiconductor and passive electronic components is desirable.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Possesses a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset.
- Capable of effective communication with internal partners and external suppliers via various channels like email and phone.
