• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaks.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs, including replacing outlets and switches.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs, such as unclogging drains and fixing leaky faucets.
• General HVAC knowledge with ability to replace filters as needed
• Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, and locks.
• Install or assemble furniture, shelves, and other fixtures as needed.
• Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and perform other minor cosmetic repairs.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require lifting or carrying heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
