  • Legal Partnership and Standards Governance:  Collaborates closely with Legal partners to ensure all agreements adhere to corporate standards, approved templates, and regulatory requirements. Supports continuous improvement of contract language quality and consistency.
  • Supporting Contract Compliance and Performance:  Monitors contract compliance, identifies risks, and provides clear reporting to management and senior leaders. Utilizes contract performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and recommends enhancements to metric dashboards and reporting capabilities.
  • Technology and Process Enablement:  Evaluates contracts and processes to identify and implement simplification and harmonization while influencing stakeholders toward unified standards. Contributes as a subject matter expert to guide technology initiatives to ensure efficient and effective processes, digital/AI tools, and operational scalability.
