We are currently seeking a2nd Level Supporter (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Snyder, NE through
direct placement.

Your responsibilities as an employee:

Receiving incoming incident reports
- Recording incident reports in the ticket system
Error analysis and
troubleshooting, and if necessary, forwarding to downstream IT teams

User management (Active Directory)
- Configuration of end devices and printers (Lexmark)
- Procurement and administration of hardware and software
What you should bring:
- Completed education in the IT field (IT specialist for system integration, IT system salesman, IT system electronics technician, electrician, etc.) or comparable qualifications
- First experience in service desk or IT support (1st & 2nd level support)
- Good knowledge of
Windows operating systems and
MS Office - Knowledge of common hardware and peripherals
Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation
