- Salary plus Commission
- $60k/2% off the top for the first 3 Months
- $45k/3% off the top going forward
- Minimum goal every month is $150k per person
- You'll have the ability to sell our HVAC and Lighting businesses to the same customers too which will only increase your numbers

- Writing thank you letters after all your appointments

- Mapping out your day to be as efficient as possible
- Attend weekly production/sales meetings to discuss past and upcoming jobs.
