Your Responsibilities:

As an Art Director, the following tasks are part of your daily work:

  • Recording, analyzing, and interpreting the status quo of the respective customer
  • Understanding and analyzing target groups and needs
  • Creating usability and navigation concepts, as well as creating information architectures (sitemaps)
  • Deriving a visual idea at a conceptual strategic level
  • Designing frame layouts that guide the implementation of a project
  • Designing and creating digital interfaces using existing tools, as well as designing click dummies and prototypes using Axure or similar tools
  • Creating project/requirement definitions necessary for the design area
  • Weighing the benefits and effort regarding functions and features
  • Estimating effort for customer projects (PERT)
  • Preparation and execution of design workshops
  • Supporting and advising other departments on design issues
  • Supporting and mentoring junior employees in the field of UX and UI
  • Independently creating rough and detailed concepts

Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in graphic design or a media design apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you have professional experience as a (junior) art director in an agency or as a freelancer
  • Proficient in sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • High quality standards, structured work approach, and a strong willingness to experiment
  • Selfresponsibility and positive attitude
  • Creative and design thinking
  • Several years of experience in the field of UX/UI
  • Indepth experience in usability and user
