    • Assessing individualized needs through collaboration with physicians and other team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
    • Implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal health or support peaceful death, all while exercising compassion and empathy towards every patient encounter.

    What We're Looking For:

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
    • Graduation from an approved Board of Nursing-approved refresher course if your license has been inactive for five years or more.
