Role Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst. The key role of the PMO Analyst is to provide support for project management activities by ensuring processes are followed, enhancing communication, and maintaining project documentation. We need an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a dedication to project success. This position focuses on PMO activities related to a state-wide integrated system for eligibility determination, benefit calculation, benefit distribution, case management, and information management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with project manager and stakeholders to establish and uphold project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Aid in developing and executing project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring they align with project objectives and milestones.
• Oversee project advancement, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
• Handle project documentation such as charters, status reports, risk registers, change control logs, and meeting minutes.
• Conduct routine project evaluations and inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Foster communication among project teams, stakeholders, and offshore groups to guarantee a common understanding of project goals and outcomes.
• Assist the PMO in data analysis, trend identification, and provision of insights to enhance project management processes and decision-making.
• Support the induction of new team members by offering training and assistance on project management tools and practices. Contribute to PMO improvement efforts by recommending and implementing enhancements to existing procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2 years) in a project management office or a similar role, preferably in the Healthcare sector or Health and Hu.
