As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food production and safety.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests
• Manage and supervise floor staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts/hostesses
• Ensure smooth operation of the dining area, including seating arrangements and table turnover
• Monitor food production to maintain quality standards and timely service
• Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders, manage reservations, and track inventory
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Oversee banquet events and coordinate with event planners to ensure successful execution

• Previous experience in customer service, bartending, or food service management is required
• Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
