Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for leading the Legal and Risk Management department at PBeaKK, which consists of approximately 15 employees.
  • You will advise the board of directors and department heads on all legal and data protectionrelated matters of companywide importance, as well as compliance issues.
  • You will focus on the further development of PBeaKK's Internal Control System (ICS) in collaboration with our risk management system (compliance, corporate and risk control, information security, anticorruption) and promote crossfunctional collaboration between the responsible departments.
  • Regularly reviewing the effectiveness of the risk and compliance management, as well as the ICS, as part of the audit work is a given for you.
  • As a competent and critical sparring partner, you will actively participate in shaping the company's further development with the board of directors.
