At New Jersey Manufacturers (NJM), a top-rated insurance company, we are seeking a Mail & Document Processor, Associate in our West Trenton office.

This role does require working in the office.


Schedule

  • Mon-Fri 8:00 AM 4:15 PM.
  • Process incoming mail and prep documents according to preestablished business rules for imaging.
  • Ability to audit completed documents.
  • Operate scan equipment to create the best possible quality image. Validate documents according to preestablished business rules. Understands capture software (i.e., rotating, deleting, splitting, and moving pages). Meets departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Knowledge of document capture software and OnBase is a plus.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is $37,217-$43242 Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
