Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take and develop dental xrays
- Maintain patient records and schedule appointments
- Provide postoperative instructions to patients
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Perform various office tasks as needed
- Keep office clean and orderly
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in dental assisting preferred
- Somone who is reliable, and ontime is a MUST
- Proficient in Xrays, or willing to be trained
- Familiarity with treatment planning dental procedures is ideal
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Proficiency in infection control practices
- Basic anatomy knowledge
- Ability to work well in a team environment
