We are looking for you to join our Dual Study Program for a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Hannover.

Your theory phases will be completed at institutions such as Leibniz University Hannover, FH Kiel, TU Braunschweig, or at a university of your choice in Northern Germany, as agreed upon.

The program typically lasts 6 to 7 semesters, depending on the university. During breaks, you will work with us at the company.


What to expect:

Theory Phase Content:

  • Engineering fundamentals and relevant topics in mathematics, physics, and computer science
  • Basics of business administration and technical management
  • Optional key qualifications such as interdisciplinary thinking, project management, and presentation skills

Practical Phase Content:

  • Comprehensive insight into essential areas of railway operations and related infrastructure
  • Participation in exciting projects, such as the maintenance and development of infrastructure
  • Getting to know internal and external stakeholders and managing different interests
  • Participation in onsite appointments (e.g. troubleshooting, meetings)

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (technical) high school or have a corresponding professional qualification (professionally qualified individuals must meet the requirements of the respective university)
  • You excel in math and physics, and have a good understanding of computer science
  • You are fascinated by technical connections and railway operations
  • You are communicative and value teamwork
  • You are driven and able to work independently
