Description

To provide assistance with on call escalations and conduct root cause analysis of given problems.



To autonomously address tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.



To abide by quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.



Engage in value-adding activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training new employees, and mentoring analysts.



To ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction through achieving First Call Resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions or reopened cases.



Job Type: Contract


Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Experience: Desktop Support: 2 years (required)


Ability to Commute:

  • Morton, IL (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Morton, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
