    Company Overview:

    UIG Tanks - (United Industries Group) is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. We are located near the 241 Road off Bake Parkway.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review construction documents and contracts to extract information relevant to our project scope.
    • Onboard field crew by ordering background checks, job specific tests and training modules.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for crew mobilization.
    • Support weekly payroll activities by monitoring crew locations and hours on daily reports and time tracking software.
    • Contribute to light bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks.
    • Organize and oversee project-related documentation.
    • Participate in team update meeting.
    • Assist with answering light incoming phones.
    • Collaborate on special projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a similar role, with a background in contracting or engineering a plus.
    • Previous experience as a project coordinator with similar responsibilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Dependable and punctual.
    • Experience in contract review is a plus.
    • Possession of a Notary license is desirable.
