Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a interest in large industrial construction projects?

UIG Tanks, an industry leader in Bolted Water Storage Tanks and Aluminum Geodesic Domes.

We are located in Lake Forest, CA and provide a casual office environment. Note this is an in-house position.

Your Role:

As a Project Manager at UIG Tanks, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver top-quality projects that exceed expectations. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Work with estimators to access scope of incoming project solicitations.
• Work with our production facility and field manager to develop and execute product delivery and installation plans
• Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Collaborate closely with the Field Coordination Manager to optimize resource allocation, focusing on manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, contractors, and internal team members, fostering clear and effective communication channels.
• Participate in team meetings to provide regular updates and address any concerns or obstacles.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and surpassing their expectations.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager. Past work in a similar field as Industrial Engineering or Construction industry a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams.
• Analytical prowess to identify and mitigate risks, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Work well with a diverse internal team, field crew, outside contractors and other stakeholders.
