We are currently looking for a Construction Manager for Fire Protection and Building Technology (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at our location in Essen.

Your responsibilities include:

As a Construction Manager for Fire Protection and Building Technology, you are responsible for ensuring the timely completion of construction projects and the proper handover to your clients.
In addition to continuously monitoring the progress of construction, you also keep an eye on compliance with legal regulations (e.g. working time laws) and the costeffectiveness of your assigned projects.
You are responsible for calculating construction measures, including considering labor and material costs, from project planning to implementation.
You reliably and professionally support your project team with all tasks, provide training for employees, and coordinate their assignments.
You also efficiently manage the procurement of necessary materials and machinery, taking into account economic requirements.
As a liaison to external service providers, you confidently handle special tasks in the project.
