We are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to join our team in a part-time position, while still enjoying a comprehensive benefits package usually reserved for full-time employees.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Role Responsibilities:


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in a businessrelated field at an accredited college is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems preferred. Paycom experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
