    Job Description:

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in San Jose. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, exceptional analytical and advocacy skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, contract disputes, employment litigation, and intellectual property disputes.
    2. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
    4. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
    5. Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
    6. Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law and provide internal training and updates as necessary.

    Requirements:

    1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    2. Admission to the California State Bar with good standing.
    3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation.
