    Job Description:

    Position Overview:

    They are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our client's dynamic team in San Jose. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, exceptional analytical and advocacy skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, contract disputes, employment litigation, and intellectual property disputes.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
    • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
    • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
    • Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law and provide internal training and updates as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the California State Bar with good standing.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil litigation.

    Salaries will be based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
