Job Functions
- Porter service
- Janitorial services
- Diagnosis, maintenance and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, painting, ceiling tiles, drywall repairs, roof repairs, and up keep of buildings and grounds
- Inspects and ensures that all vacant spaces are well maintained and secure
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 35 years of relevant experience in all phases of commercial properties maintenance
- Skilled in the care and use of tools and equipment used in the workplace
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and the Clean Air Act
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to successfully multitask and meet deadlines in busy, timesensitive environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
