You will go through a professional and enriching qualification that will support you on your way to becoming a travel advisor. In approximately 3 months, you will learn and develop the knowledge and skills for your new role.
We are currently looking for you to participate in a qualification program to become a travel advisor (m/f/d) at the DB sales office in Böblingen, with transfer locations in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Leonberg, and Herrenberg.
After your qualification, you will take on the following tasks:

You will provide advice and sell all offers in passenger transport through the sales office, at the ticket machine, and through new media (e.g. DB Navigator or delay alerts)
You will conduct sales conversations while adhering to established sales standards
You will also actively promote additional offers
You will participate in monitoring the work processes and functionality of the sales infrastructure at the sales office location
You will process fare refunds and assist customers with any issues related to their journey
You will ensure compliance with cash register guidelines and prescribed quality standards
