This individual will also be responsible for payroll changes that are needed and handle associate questions on recruiting and onboarding.
Provide day-to-day functions for department and hiring managersProcess all employee and manager changes
Assist in developing recruiting strategies
Manage and run the recruiting and onboarding for all potential and new associates
Collaborate with hiring managers and department managers with regards to new hires
Oversee all new hires documentation
Ensure compliance with all aspects of recruiting and labor law
Other duties, as assigned
Required Skills:
Experience with recruiting; onboarding; new hire inquiries
- Proficiency with reports for turnover; diversity
- Capability of handling and meeting deadlines; and prioritizing in fastpaced environment with a heavy volume
- Ability to multitask and work well with others in solving problems
