The HP Customer Welcome Center Program is the epicenter of HP's Executive Engagement Strategy. We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team as a customer experience content and portfolio manager.

This role offers a unique opportunity for creative talent to join our team and have full exposure to exciting technologies and innovative businesses at HP Inc.

Our department is part of Marketing & Corporate Affairs and coordinates the network of customer centers worldwide, hosting customer and partners that want to discover HP portfolio of solutions.


This role will support our Global Network of centers welcome centers (more than 20 worldwide) with the necessary content and experiences to share HP future ready strategy to customers and partners.

Will oversee creating an immersive journey for our visitors where they will learn Hp strategy, our proposals in AI, Sustainability, Security and enjoy our Innovation showcase.

Some of the specific areas of responsibility will be:

  • The manager and team will lead the design and production of informative sessions and interactive demonstrations that will showcase our technology and thought leadership. Define our catalog of topics and experiences, working with our global business units to identify key trends, insights and technology challenges where HP is proposing solutions and innovative products.
  • Partner with business units and category teams to cocreate experiences to share how our technology responds to today's challenges in hybrid/flexible work. The goal is to support Market Growth with innovative ways of sharing our products and solutions to our existing and future customers. Collaborate with our strategic partners to promote training and event programs as part of our pipeline of programs in the centers.

Education and Experience Required:


  • BA or BS in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Communications; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in insights, category and/or content creation.
  • 5 years of experience managing Briefing/Experience Centers.10 years of experience in presales or marketing.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Category management experience.
  • Knowledge in briefing industry, trade show and event management.
  • Excellent program management skills on time, on budget, every time.
  • Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
  • Finetuned consultative skills and design thinking.
