The Schwarz IT team manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performing IT solutions.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and operation of the in-house platform ODJ.

The One Digital Journey (ODJ) is a cloud enablement tool that provides various resources for solution and product teams to easily and highly automatedly begin their journey to the cloud.

You will be part of a great team that shapes the future of our internal development platforms through ideas, actions, and results, and significantly contributes to making our work easier.


Your tasks include taking the platform and all its services to the next level by actively participating in its development.

Additionally, you will ensure that the services meet our principles of security and reliability.

You will also pay strict attention to observability, an important aspect of development and operation, by monitoring and reacting to system responses and supporting the team in optimization.
