Job Summary:

As an Outside Marketing Representative for Rapid Packout, you'll be joining a team focused on helping clients who have experienced unexpected damage from a flood or fire.

Our team of carefully vetted to packing out the contents of customers who have had water damage. We are a growing company.


What you'll do
Key Outcomes

• Drive new business from referral partners
• Provide exceptional service to each of our referral partners through our core values of Responsiveness, Integrity, Care and Respect, and Planning
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead growth targets

Important Actions

• Build new referral partner relationships
• Marketing events / Networking Events
• Understand where potential partners are currently referring their floods and fires
• Identify any pain points they have with their existing referral relationships
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Meet with existing partners 23 times a month
• Understand their business goals and challenges
• Review referral trends for increases/decreases
• Identify where our service partner team is excelling, and anywhere we are dropping the ball
• Collaborate closely with our team of service providers to ensure highest quality service levels for our referral partners

Requirements:

• 1+ years professional experience in sales, or account acquisition
• 1+ years experience in partner/referral marketing
• Track record of exceptional relationship building and influence in customer facing roles
• Results driven with persistence and personal discipline
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Commitment to growth and learning
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strongly desired

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in the flood and fire industry

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
