    Always Compassionate Health provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient's quality of life.

    We are currently looking for an *RN* for a8 *year old male* in Commack school district

    *Settings:
    • Bus + School
    *DX:*Diabetic - monitor levels/supervise insulin injections

    *Schedule*: approx. 8a-3:15pm

    *Rate:* $45/hr

    *Requirements: * *ACTIVE: New York RN License (Copy)
    * *BLS Card** *Physical within 1 year
    * *TB, MMR, QuantiFERON
    * *2 years of Nursing experience** *2 Professional References**Skilled Requirements: Wound Care and Dressing Changes *Personal Care Assistance*Medication management and administration *Palliative care for chronic conditions*Tracheostomy and ventilator management *Feeding tube care and support*Respite care for family caregivers
