Description

This role will include but is not limited to daily interaction with service technicians, reviewing all purchasing and ordering parts for techs, repairs and /or special parts needed from outside vendors.

Assist with maintaining safe work practices and an effective organization with qualified personnel.

Will reach out daily and meet with managers to see deliverables that may be needed to increase productivity for the department.

Will encourage daily commodore and teamwork in the department.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Liaison for all parts ordering for the company, technicians, and supplies department.

Ensure all orders are accurate and E-Automate pricing matches vendor pricing before processing

Inspect all incoming shipments for damage BEFORE accepting/signing deliverer's device


Controls inventory levels by conducting physical searches in order to create shopping lists for stock and new sales of equipment.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
