Androscoggin offers a unique opportunity to PTs with recent home health experience to join us for a minimum 13-week contract, hours/week, 3-5 days/week during Spring/Summer months in Maine. We are seeking our own "travelers" who would like to see Maine and would like to experience the most gratifying form of nursing there is.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide physical therapy services to Home Care clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.
EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE: One year of clinical Physical Therapy experience. Home health experience also required.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Current or ability to obtain P.T. License in the State of Maine. Current CPR Certification.
