Job Highlights / Responsibilities:

Consultation and support in all personnel and labor law matters (e.g. job evaluation, compensation, organizational changes, disciplinary cases) including development and implementation of appropriate solutions
Trustful cooperation with employee representatives in daily business as well as in special topics
Coresponsibility for local HR policy issues such as works agreements and regulatory agreements
Collaboration with business partners regarding the local implementation of global processes
Participation in HR projects

Requirements / Profile:

Successfully completed studies in economics, law, social sciences or a comparable background
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a corporate environment
Indepth knowledge of German labor law (Works Constitution Act) required
Strong communication skills and service orientation
Proficient in using office and communication tools, knowledge of HR systems such as Success Factors desirable
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
