JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

Multiplex Immunofluorescence (mIF) and spatial profiling assays.


Perform analysis of multiplex immunofluorescence, spatial transcriptomics and spatial profiling from pancreatic cancer specimens (human and murine) for translational research projects.


Liquid biopsies for translational cancer research.
Conduct a variety of liquid biopsy assays including ctDNA and extracellular vesicle RNA profiling in patient biospecimens.


Data Management.

Manuscript preparation and submission.
Help investigators within the Maitra lab with compiling data for manuscripts and projects.
