    CNC Programmer & MachinstCity: Battle Ground, WAShift:Day Shift and Swing Shift

    Located in Battle Ground, Washington, TennMax is an industry leader in the creation of Electro Mechanical components for the Military and Aerospace industries.

    We have a job opening for one CNC machinist and / or programmer for full time swing shift position.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO:


    This company is looking for a CNC Machinist and or programmer that has experience operating both horizontal and vertical machines.

    As this team's newest CNC Machinist, you will be operating CNC Machines that are both 3 & 4 axis as well as performing preventative maintenance.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

    The Musts:

    • 3 years of experience using 3 & 4 axis machines3years of experience with hand toolsCoachable personality and ability to pick things up quicklyCan consistently lift 50lbsStrong tool knowledgeUnderstanding of material types and gradesLarge fab machining experienceComplicated setupsHorizontal ExperienceGood math skillsStrong manual and CNC operating skillsFamiliar with live toolingComprehensive understanding of CNC codeMastercam and/or CMM experience a plus Abilities:Ability to foster and work within a team environmentActively participates in safety programs and complies with all company safety policiesAbility to follow written and verbal instructionAbility to simultaneously work on multiple projects at one timeWillingness to work extended hours to meet company needsMaintains a clean and safe work areaDisplays attention to detail and consistently follows Standard Work Instructions (when available) when completing tasksCommunicates well with peers, supervision, customers, vendors and other departmentsPreferred:Been in an CNC Machinist role beforeVocational or technical trainingCompensation: $ $33.00 per hour About UsTennMax America is a leader in EMI shielding and Thermal Management.
