    Description
    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer Machinist to perform complex machining and fitting of all kinds of parts, tools, and machines in support of job shop machining.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • CNC lathe and or CNC Mill Experience
    • Able to setup and run multiple parts a day efficiently
    • Experience with Haas Controls and Mastercam required
    • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
    • Reading blueprints and building to specifications
    • Perform quality control inspections on work
    • Manage and lead crew for success
    Skills Integral to the Job:
    • Able to meet deadlines
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Working knowledge of metal fabrication
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to analyze existing programs and make suggestions for improved efficiencies
    • Previous experience with feeds and speeds
    • Self-motivated
    • Willing to work over-time
    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Previous machinist experience
    • Prior experience with setup of CNC Mills and Lathes in a job shop environment
    • Over five years of experience with CNC operations
    • You have strong communication skills and interact well with others
    • 5 axis machining experience
    Physical Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk, use hands to hold, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.

    The employee is frequently or constantly required to talk, hear, see and/or perform repetitive motions.

    Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and distance vision. The employee must individually lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
