    Certified Med Technician 12-Hour Shifts Paid up to $21 per hour.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately pour and endorse assistance with medication of each individual
    • Ensure consistency between the physician prescriptions, blister packs and medications for each resident.
    • Ensure timely and accurate medication orders and medication renewals.
    • Review medication refill log to compare with medication in storage cabinets.
    • Review of receipt, storage, and documentation of medications delivered.
    • Report residents who missed or refused medications to supervisor and case management.
    • All other duties as needed

    Requirements

    Must have valid Medical Technician Certification.

    Must know how to use EMR for ordering medications

    Must be organized and value the safety, security, and patient well being above all else

    In 2019, Joshua and Debra Williams became the owners and operators of HRW Companies, making it a 3rd generation family-owned and operated business. Joshua grew up in the business and after they married in 2005, Debra quickly joined him. They have 5 kids, ages 5-15, who love to help at work and spend time with the residents. Their faith in God is an especially important part of their life and is what motivates them to do what they do. The majority of the individuals that they serve have limited income and nowhere else to go. They make sure that with everything they do, they treat it like they are doing it for their own family.
