- Preparing and supervising the preparing of meals and snacks according to the menu using standardized recipes.
- Training new employees on every dietary function and job duties.
- Ensuring that residents are served in a timely and polite manner following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Supervising the storage of food properly, clean equipment, kitchen and dining area using safety and infection control procedures.

- Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety practices within the center and immediately reporting any safety concerns or issues to the Facility Administrator.

We provide a safe and pleasant home for adults with mental illness, and we strive to go beyond the norm to provide a better quality of life for our residents Your job will be to ensure that kitchen duties are completed on the weekend shift in accordance with our company's policies and regulatory guidelines. You must be self-motivated and energetic.
