If you've taken a stroll through Manhattan recently, there's a good chance you've passed one of the buildings that've been beautifully renovated by this NYC based Contractor.

Joining as their Controller, you'll have two superb direct reports who handle everything AP / AR related. Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the missing piece of the jigsaw. Someone to take control of the Accounting team for the $40m business.

You'll take responsibility for financial statement preparation, WIP reporting, cash flow forecasting and monthly / annual budgeting. You'll also handle all Audits and take care of the Payroll submissions.

Founded over 10 years ago, the business has performed very well.

A bumper order book means they're in very good shape and it'll be an exciting time for you to join the team, with plenty of growth opportunities.

You'll be joining a business that recognises the importance of building long term relationships. They do this by treating their employees and vendors fairly and with respect.

If you've worked for a Construction / Contracting business before, you'll understand the complexities of the industry. It'll certainly help if you have this background. A knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor would be very useful too.
