Description

The Technology Director within Facilities Management is responsible for the delivery of a product-led strategy centering on the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategic plan.

They lead development team(s), ensuring effective implementation of the Product program including new functionality, features, practices, and processes for the Facilities Services organization.

They will be expected to customize solution integration strategies and account for implementation resources to support associated initiatives in collaboration with other product and group leadership team members.

The role requires the ability to identify and develop delivery models that result in user defined functional software being elevated into production in a timely manner.

This position will roll up within the Facilities LOB as a member of the Technology group function, collaborating with shared services teams as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning, setting, and meeting individual and team goals.
  • Competently designing and delivering solutions that take advantage of emerging technologies.
  • Embrace modern development practices and solution architectures that align with or complement existing standards.
  • Achieve outcomes that deliver positive business impact(s).
  • Lead and manage highly productive, motivated, and driven technical resources.
  • Utilize strong communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching techniques.
  • Establish team disciplines that adopt and execute agile methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve expected results against plan.
  • Oversee activities pertaining to release scheduling, software builds, deployments, installations, configurations, and patches.

  • Travel up to 25% as necessary

Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of technical experience in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud offering and collateral tech.
  • Proficient in the development and maintenance of enterprise class systems.
  • Lead solution design and development in compliance with SDLC & corporate security standards.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, relationship management skills.
  • Capable of balancing strategic, tactical, and operational priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and business process owners and technology teams.


This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.

This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).


Compensation:


The salary range for this position is from $104,000.00 to $182,000.00 including bonuses and benefits depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.


This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.


If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
