The world around us is becoming more digital. What was once unthinkable, systems like DATEV Unternehmen online now automatically suggest bookings, read customer data and invoice amounts. In return, we have to deal with new topics and techniques. Whether it's payment transactions via "Klarna" or "Paypal" or automated invoice checks. Digitization is also changing traditional workflows in the field of accounting.

The advantage:

traditional processes are automated, workflows are simplified, and there is simply more time for things like statistics, cash flow analysis, and looking into our shared future in the financial accounting department.

At the same time, there is also an increasing demand for flexible working hours, spontaneous vacation intervals, and the flexibility to work "in person or remotely".

That's why we need reinforcement for our financial accounting department for at least 32, ideally 40 hours per week.
