We are looking for an educational staff member for our children and guest care at our horse and adventure farm Groß Briesen in the nature park "Hoher Fläming" in Buffalo City, WI.

If you have a heart for children, are creative and enjoy making their stay an unforgettable experience, then you are in the right place with us

Your tasks include caring for school classes, daycare groups, holiday care and guest care. You will coordinate the stay, lead various activities and create innovative entertainment options. If you enjoy working with children and bringing new ideas, we look forward to your application


Responsibilities:

  • Supervising children and teenagers during their stay on the farm
  • Organizing and conducting adventure education programs and activities
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of educational projects
  • Coordinating excursions and events for guests
  • Supervising and accompanying guests in various leisure activities

Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and openminded personality
