Reports to:AVP of Business Development**
Status:Part Time Employment - 15 Hours Per Week - 9:00 a.m. - 12 p.m., M-F, In Office**
Salary/Bonus Structure:$20.00 Per Hour**- _______________________________________________

A Day in the Life at ANSWERS - Must Have Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be self-motivated to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Must be willing to report to our Leesport, PA office Monday through Friday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be empathetic and have a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to answer questions and concerns with sciencebased, numerical data and information.
  • Ability to educate customers on transition into raw feeding, proper use of our products and the advantages of feeding Answers' meals and treats.
  • Ability and confidence to appropriately respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms.
  • Become wellversed in the science and ideology behind our products and share that with our petloving community.
  • Ability to generate new ideas on how to best serve customers.
  • Must communicate with manager on customer service issues on a weekly basis.
  • Must be passionate about pets and motivated to be an advocate for the raw pet food category.
  • Positively impact the image of the company.

Onboarding Process:


Education & Experience Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of professional experience in related fields.
