Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team.

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales channels and ensuring the success of our e-commerce operations.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

This individual will also play a significant role in defining a scalable eCommerce sales model across regional & national retailers, evolving Constellation's digital trade tactics, developing eCom channel insights, and working cross-functionally with Shopper, Sales, Brand, Marketing and Distributor partners.

The Manager will report directly to the Director eCommerce, National Accounts. You will analyze customer data to understand buying patterns and preferences.

Marketplace Management:


  • Handle account setup, registration, and any required documentation for each platform.
  • Manage brand presence across platforms.
  • Implement marketplacespecific strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

Listing Optimization:


  • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve product discoverability and search rankings based on performance metrics and marketplace algorithms.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Enhance product images and ensure they meet the guidelines and specifications of each marketplace.

Order and Inventory Management:


  • Monitor and process incoming orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and resolve any order or fulfillment issues, including cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales, inventory, and fulfillment activities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Generate reports to provide insights into sales trends, marketplace performance, and competitor analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

Marketplace Compliance:


  • Stay uptodate with the policies, guidelines, and changes of each marketplace.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace rules and regulations, including product listing requirements, pricing policies, and advertising guidelines.
  • Proactively address any compliance issues and resolve them promptly.

Account Manager Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key marketplace accounts, including Albertsons, Zoro, and Amazon Marketplace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to drive collaboration and maximize performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to increase visibility and sales on each marketplace.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with marketplace strategies and goals.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new marketplace accounts, including account setup, integration, and optimization.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on marketplace performance and key metrics.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and issues raised by marketplace partners promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, marketplace dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Basic Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track website performance (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to ma
